Of course burgers are here. How could they not be? Burgers not only helps me repeat my point that junk food brings people together but they have many benefits, a few are responsible for getting burgers on the list of the top junk foods. 

To explain, slap some burgers on a grill, call everyone up and now you’ve got a BBQ get together. Secondly, cheeseburgers are packed with minerals. One of those being Zinc and Zinc helps to boost the immune system, support metabolism, and formats blood cells. Iron is an essential need in your body as it delivers oxygen to all cells to help them(cells) function. It just so happens the red meat patty in a burger is filled with iron. A last point to add is that, According to the USDA National Nutrient Database, “a 3-ounce burger made with 90 percent lean ground beef contains 21.4 grams of protein or roughly 43 percent of the recommended daily intake of 50 grams.”
