ICEEEEE CREAMMMMMM!!!! Ice cream is first of sweet junk foods because it literally makes you happy. It has been scientifically proven with many experiments involved that when consuming ice cream it brings you joy. It satisfies your cravings and comes in a wide range of flavors even healthy flavors like pistachio or green tea down to chocolate and cookies and cream.  Ice cream can help you open the door for more relationships with people because it’s something that a group or a couple can get together and go get. It’s a great conversation starter because it allows people to think about and debate over which flavor is the best. If someone you know is sad or in a depressing mood grab some ice cream, scoop them up, converse, and eat that ice cream. With that you don’t only improve your relationship with that person by showing them you care, you can communicate, and share, but you make them happy because of the ice cream.
